Terms & Conditions

Not a Professional / Legal Disclaimer

All readings, spiritual guidance, intuitive sessions, mediumship sessions, and energetic services offered by GreenVVitch333 are intended for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment purposes only. I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, attorney, financial advisor, or other licensed professional. Nothing shared during any session should be considered or used as a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By booking, you understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, interpretations, actions, and life choices before, during, and after your session. All guidance is intuitive in nature. Because of this, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, exact results, or the appearance of specific spirits, messages, or confirmations. Each session is unique and should be received with an open mind, personal discernment, and emotional responsibility.

Payment, Scheduling, Cancellations, & Refunds

All payments are final. All services are non-refundable. Same-day or last-minute appointments are not guaranteed and are not part of standard booking policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Within 24 hours of your appointment, I will no longer allow cancellations or reschedules. If you text me to cancel after that window has closed, your session will be forfeited, no refund will be issued, and you will be required to wait 5 business days before being allowed to book or reschedule again.

No-Call / No-Show Policy

I will call you at your scheduled session if you don't answer ill wait 10 minutes and I'll call again If you do not answer both times, your appointment will be considered a no-call/no-show. In these cases: Your session will be marked as missed. No refund will be issued. The session will be forfeited. You will be required to wait 10 business days before being allowed to reschedule or book again. Repayment will need to be made to rebook.

Session Format & Communication

All sessions are currently held through phone call only unless otherwise stated by me in advance.

Please make sure: your phone is charged and is working properly. your volume is on. you are in a quiet, grounded, and private space when possible. you are ready and available to answer my call at your scheduled time, you are not doing dishes, cooking, taking care of kids, at work, out and about. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are prepared and able to begin the session on time.

Client Responsibilities & Session Conduct

By booking a session, you agree that you are: 18 years of age or older. showing up on time, grounded, and sober. respectful of my time, energy, and business policies. responsible for your own emotional, spiritual, mental, and personal well-being. Disrespect, harassment, manipulation, inappropriate behavior, repeated boundary-pushing, or any energy that feels unsafe, hostile, or intentionally disruptive may result in immediate termination of the session and/or refusal of future services. If a session is ended due to client behavior, no refund will be issued.

Energetic & Spiritual Boundaries

I reserve the right to decline, discontinue, reschedule, shorten, or refuse a session if the energy, intention, behavior, or circumstances feel misaligned, unsafe, disruptive, or not in integrity with the work.This includes, but is not limited to: unsafe or chaotic energy. emotional volatility that is outside the scope of the service. disrespectful or inappropriate behavior. spiritual expectations that are not aligned with my practice. energetic misalignment that impacts the quality or integrity of the session. Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases and may be denied at my discretion.

Provider Timing, Delays, & Rescheduling

While I deeply respect your scheduled time, there may be some occasions where I run late due to a prior session extending, energetic timing, or the natural flow of the day. If I am running late, I will communicate with you as soon as possible. In some cases, I may need to reschedule a session due to my energy, the energy of the day, spiritual discernment, or circumstances that impact the integrity of the work. If this happens, I will always reschedule and accommodate you with care — including, when possible, outside of my normal working hours.This can happen or be more common for end of day session, but by booking, you acknowledge and agree that the work is intuitive in nature and may occasionally require flexibility to protect the quality of the session for both of us.

Policy Violations & Booking Privileges

I understand that life happens, and I do my best to move with grace, compassion, and understanding whenever possible. At the same time, my time, energy, and scheduling boundaries must be respected. The following may count as policy violations / strikes:no-call/no-shows, repeated late cancellations, repeated last-minute reschedules, repeated lateness or unavailability, repeated disregard for booking or communication policies, disrespect toward my time, boundaries, or business practices, Depending on frequency and severity, booking privileges may be temporarily paused, including a required 5 business day waiting period before rebooking. After 5 total policy violations / strikes, future booking privileges will be permanently revoked and services will be terminated.

Agreement

By booking a session with GreenVVitch333, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Policies

You understand all services are intuitive/spiritual in nature and are not a substitute for licensed professional advice

You accept full responsibility for your own choices, actions, interpretations, and outcomes

You understand that all payments are final and non-refundable

You understand that policy violations / strikes may affect future booking privileges

You release GreenVVitch333 from liability related to actions, interpretations, or decisions made before, during, or after the session
