Shipping policy

Processing time: All  products are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing before shipment. During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. 

Shipping: Once your order has shipped, tracking will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and location but typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect orders: If your order was damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
